Agora operates Agoralabs.ai (“Website”) and provides an advertising technology Services (“Services”) that Retailers ("Retailers”) integrate within their website to display valuable, relevant marketing offers (“Offers”) from various Advertisers (“Advertisers”).

By accessing the Website or utilizing our Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy, so please read it carefully.

If you are a Customer of a Retailer or Advertiser who uses our Service, you should also check their privacy policies pertaining the information we process with them.

Personal Data We Collect from You

When visiting the Website or interacting with or using various features of our Services, we will collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) related to you, linked or linkable to you, or that can directly identify you or be used to reasonably identify you.

The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with the Website or our Services. Sometimes you will be asked to voluntarily provide us with data, sometimes data about you is collected automatically.

We strive to collect ONLY the information and data we need to provide you with the best possible experience.

Contact Information . Data such as name, email address, physical address, phone number, or other contact information you provide to a third party business partner that utilizes or interacts with our Services, such as Retailers and Advertisers.

Transaction Information from Third Parties. Data about purchases, attempted purchases and other transactions you make with a third party business partner that utilizes or interacts with our Services, such as Retailers and Advertisers.

Usage Data. Data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Website or our Services or from the Services technology infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Location Data. Information about your geographic location.

Device Information. Data from which your device could be identified, such as device serial number, or about your device, such as browser type.

Tracking & cookies data. We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on the Website or our Services and hold certain information.

Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Agora’s Sharing of Personal Data

Agora may share your personal data with Service Providers ("Service Providers") who act on our behalf, with Retailers and Advertisers with whom you interact with while using our Services, or others in order to protect your vital interests or those of other persons, or to comply with law. We may also share your information with each other.

Retailers and Advertisers. We may share your personal data when you interact with, express interest in or sign-up for Offers promoted by an Advertiser during a transaction with a Retailer, such as information about your activity with Offers, your contact information, and other demographic and lifestyle information. We may use for various purposes, including to help us provide you Offers that fit your interests and preferences, to help you avoid having to re-enter the information on an Advertiser’s site or to fulfill or communicate additional details about Offers. This information will be handled in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Service Providers . Agora may engage third parties to act as our Service Providers and perform certain tasks on our behalf, such as processing or storing data, including personal data, in connection with your use of our Services. Agora Service Providers are obligated to handle personal data consistent with this Privacy Policy and according to our instructions. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Some Service Providers, such as analytics providers, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, applications, or other online services when you use our Services.

We recommend that you read the privacy policies of the Retailer and Advertiser so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by them.

Law Enforcement. Under certain circumstances, Agora may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Others for Legal, Security, or Safety Purposes: We may share your personal information: (a) as required by law or legal process; (b) to investigate suspected fraud, harassment, or other violations of any law, rule, or regulation; and (c) to investigate suspected violations of any terms or policies applicable to the Properties or the services provided by us or our third party providers or affiliates.

Except as stated in this Policy, these actions do not include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing your User content, information, personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us and we are constantly working to improve on these safeguards to help keep your personal data secure. Retention of Data

Following termination or deactivation of your account, Company, its Partners, or its Service Providers may retain information (including your profile information) and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.

"Do Not Track" Signals
